I am finally going through some photos from earlier in the year and found this raging ocean shot from 4-Mile Beach in Santa Cruz while I was hanging with fellow Pentax photographer Jean Day and her doggies.
The lens is an older Pentax 67 format 105mm f/2.4, adapted to the Pentax 645D. Heavy processing using Nik Color efex to punch things up a bit.
This was my first time back to 4-Mile Beach after slipping from a ledge and breaking a toe there in February. You may also recall Matt G's D7100 got dunked and did not survive the trip either. I am pleased to report this trip was rather uneventful in comparison.
