Early Birds
Daybreak at Lower Jones Tract in the California Delta. I love this little pond on the island for the enormous quantity and variety of birds, however, my arrival in a dust-kicking loud car scared hundreds of them away and they stayed away. After 45 min or so, a handful of little birds showed up and I made the best of it.
It was lucky that the distant farm machines were able to provide a bird-like silhouette for the comp.
Lens is the 67 M*300/4 and 1.4x TC, adapted to the 645D.
