"Little Lamb, who made thee?"

"Little Lamb, who made thee?"

A pair of new lambs enjoying late afternoon "golden hour" on Twichell Island in the California Delta. Those last few moments of sunshine backlit these two with a wonderful rim light, so I stopped the car and had to grab a shot.
The title from the William Blake poem that has stayed with me since 12th grade English Literature class with Mr. O'Brien.
Lens is the 67 M*300mm f/4 on the 645Z. Aperture is f/7.1. Handheld. These two were moving fast to get away from me, so I got to hone my rarely used panning technique, perhaps last used while chasing a motivated snail through the grass with my macro.
